THE DAHLMANNS

Hailing from Oslo, Norway, The Dahlmanns feature the husband and wife team of Andre and Line Dahlmann with some of Oslo's best musicians backing them up!  Andre is also a featured veteran of Norways' "Yum, Yums" and "Twistaroos" (both bands include Norwegian Grammy award winner Vibeke Saugestad, also a Pop Detective Artist.)  The Dahlmanns have had amazing success in a short period of time!  Their first single from their debut CD / EP, a cover of the Lindsay Buckingham classic from the "Vacation" movies, "Holiday Road" was selected as Coolest Song in the World on Little Steven's Underground Garage show on Sirius XM in early 2010.  The song ended up as the overall #1 song for 2010 as voted by the Sirius XM listenners!  The track was also featured in October of 2010 on ESPN's "Nascar Now" series, garnering The Dahlmanns the title of "Band of the Month" on the program!

In 2011, The Dahlmanns followed that up with a second CD / EP with TWO tracks being selected as Coolest Song in the World!  "I Love You Baby (But I Hate Your Friends)" and "Candypants" provided the band with a total of THREE Coolest Songs in the World in 2 years!

The brand new full length "All Dahled Up" will have a new single as Coolest Song in the World in August of 2012...although The Underground Garage wants it to remain a surprise to everyone until it airs!

By the time the tour takes flight in October, The Dahlmanns will be backed by FOUR Coolest Songs in the World!  Their live show is pure energy and sing along fun!  A band that crowds love and who love the crowd!
